    The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) partners with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) to do God's work around the world in a Global Mission Partnership.     Harvest Hands International is a mission started by a son of TLC, Tim Specht, in Uganda to work with people that are disadvantaged and vulnerable, putting Jesus at the centre of the work, and forming partnerships, programs, projects and small business enterprises which transform local communities to provide for themselves and give witness to God’s love and presence.
