Knotty Knitters: Since May 2018, 34 knitting projects have been completed and 15 have been given out to those in need of some TLC. The highlight of this ministry is seeing the reactions on the faces of the recipients of our projects, being so grateful and feeling so loved, each and every time. We have been funded for the past two years by the ELCIC’s Women of Faith grants. We are hopeful we will receive another grant this year.

Dear Trinity Lutheran Church, Well I must say I wish I could be there in person to extend heartfelt thanks on behalf of Harvest Hands International. The donation received for 2018 of $1262.01 was so helpful to this mission and a personal thank you via “this hug” to all who participated in making this financial support possible. Tim Specht continues to work hard for this mission, helping disabled and disadvantaged children and their families in the rural areas outside of Mharara, Uganda. He is continually looking for ways to help these families to learn how to sustain themselves – such as a dog trainer to teach the vanilla farmers how to train their dogs to protect their crops, especially their vanilla crops from theft. Your continued prayers for God’s guiding hand in this mission are encourage and appreciated. In God’s peace, Dee Hansen for Harvest Hands International
